This is an inside sales position that utilizes, phone, email and virtual meetings to sell Digital recruitment and advertising services.


  • Sales and Client Services
    • Establish and grow a customer base by positioning ourselves as a strategic partner to all clients. Collaborate with client decision makers and executors on designing and implementing a long-term strategic vision for the partnership.
    • Utilize phone and email to contact assigned accounts and actively solicit both established accounts and prospects to sell them online recruitment and advertising solutions.
    • Develop a successful prospecting strategy, including monitoring and tracking industry updates, competitive websites, job boards, web publications and other relevant sources.
    • Meet established revenue sales objectives on a monthly basis.
    • Maintains a minimum standard of completed phone outreach and contacts per week as well as other activity assigned by company management.
  • Production
    • Successfully navigate communication with agencies and clients during the online sales closing process to ensure production of quality recruitment and advertising products.
    • Skillfully address challenges and ensure all involved internal and external parties are aligned throughout the delivery of our solutions and our customers’ expectations are met and/or exceeded.
  • Administration
    • Prepare and submit required reports, contracts, and billing information.
    • Build and maintain all client database information in Salesforce.
    • Support the recruitment and advertising department efforts with phone calls, email, and direct mail marketing efforts.
    • Manage/submit expenses in compliance with company policy.
  • Events and Community Relations
    • Participate in local client/agency meetings and all company related events as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year successful sales experience
  • Experience in advertising, recruiting, digital marketing and/or healthcare is preferred
  • Experience conducting successful business on the phone
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce in particular, is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of time management, organization and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with proven ability to work independently and produce high results
  • Collaborative, positive and proactive approach
  • Strong sense of business ownership and urgency
