The Regional Account Executive, Mid-Market is responsible for executing the entire sales cycle, while being able to leverage various company resources, to reach a successful collaboration with the prospect. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Prospecting and finding accounts to sell into in addition to qualifying leads from the Marketing department
  • Clearly articulating our value proposition and driving new customer engagement
  • Creating territory plans and mapping out activities by quarter to achieve quota
  • Maintaining 3X pipeline at all times and coming up with creative solutions to close new business opportunities
  • Confidently speaking with people at all levels including upper management and C-level executives
  • Tracking your activities in Salesforce to attain activity KPIs
  • Participating in product, marketing and sales skills training
  • Negotiating and closing deals

 
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • 4-6 years of SaaS full cycle sales closing experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales attainment ($400K - $600K annually)
  • Strong discovery, qualification and objection handling skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to not only balance, but effectively manage competing priorities, and multiple projects/deals in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail and incredible follow through
  • Creative problem-solving skills 
  • Accountability, self-direction, energy, professionalism and flexibility
  • Ability to be a team player; it takes all of us to make Relias a success!
  • College degree or equivalent

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
