The QuickBase Admin is responsible for administration, configuration, support and maintenance of the various QuickBase applications and integrations. The role also engages with the business on the day-to-day use of the Quickbase application, training, and documentation. 



  • Enhancing and maintaining QuickBase applications, functionality, pages, reports, and dashboards.
  • Understanding data flow and integrations between multiple enterprise applications. 
  • Using the QuickBase API, Pipelines, and third-party integration tools to expand on core functionality as required to meet business needs.
  • Translating user requirement and user stories into actionable items. Will be working independently on minor changes. May work with team on major changes.
  • Executing on feature enhancements and testing plans; participating in system and acceptance testing. 
  • Providing timely and accurate progress information to JIRA.
  •  Creating and maintaining application documentation. 
  • Day-to-day end user support including user provisioning, training, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications.
  • Participating in systems integration of acquired companies as needed. May include data migrations, systems design, configuration changes, etc.
  • Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues.



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • QuickBase Certification – App Builder
  • 2+ years designing and maintaining SaaS based applications
  • 1+ year(s) QuickBase Admin (or similar platform admin) experience 
  • Knowledge of relational database design and the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Ability to research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, including ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers.
  • Understanding of the Agile development methodology.



  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • QuickBase Certification – Expert Builder
  • 1+ year(s) experience working in JIRA and Confluence (or similar)
  • Low-code cloud-based system development experience preferred
