Relias is looking for an experienced Project Manager. This is a pivotal role that elevates our speed & quality of execution through fact-based decision-making while acting as the ‘connective tissue’ of our organization. You will be part of a strong & diverse team and will be working closely with technology and product teams. This person will report to our Director of Technical Operations.



  • Structuring, planning, onboarding, and management of cross-team projects
  • Coordinating with external vendors utilized by the team
  • Metrics - Coordinating with Product, Development & Operations to capture DevOps metrics like – Lead Time, Deployment frequency, MTTR, Change failure 
  • Reporting – Bringing clarity to project / Initiative status
  • Lean Process – Influencing Lean process across functions to reduce waste, and improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with scrum masters and Agile coach for Agile practices alignment
  • Assisting with adopting Security & Compliance practices 
  • Managing Project inflow, resource allocation and estimation
  • Normalizing and helping standardize Tools and frameworks used for product development and collaboration



  • 4+ years of Project Management, Operational Risk Management, Audit or Compliance Experience 
  • 4+ year of experience working with product and technology teams
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and seamlessly manages multiple priorities 
  • Thinks strategically, understands the big picture but is also able to execute flawlessly with close attention to detail 
  • Builds strong relationships, influences across levels and functions, and delivers great results through others 
  • Asks the tough questions and challenges the status quo 
  • Solves complex problems and drives action across the organization 
  • Models the right behaviors for the team and helps create a shared sense of leadership and accountability within the team 
  • Navigates easily between technology and business topics and has a strong understanding of major technology trends
