In support of our company mission, the Live Events Associate is responsible for managing details for the Wound Care live classes, including public, open-private, and private classes. This team member will also work on additional projects assigned by the Manager, Live Events. The employee is expected to adhere to ethics policies and practices as established by Relias.



  • Assisting with meeting planning logistics for all wound care classes.
  • Negotiating agreements with hotels to host wound care classes.
  • Coordinating course information for public, open-private, and private classes.
  • Assisting with customer service online and live course needs.
  • Overseeing alumni referral program.
  • Assisting to ensure courses are within budget and scope, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality.


  • A minimum of  1 year+ of work experience in meeting planning and Event Coordination in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to hit assigned deadlines.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and quickly problem solve situations and issues as they arise.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and work independently as well.
  • Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.
