WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

                                                                                                           

  • Creating, writing, and developing new e-learning courses and editing existing content in one or more of Relias Learning’s core verticals
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your specialty area and working with external SMEs in other areas.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal departments who are involved in the course development life cycle
  • Managing multiple priority projects efficiently and effectively

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field
  • 5+ years’ post-grad experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and trends in the field in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of the workforce supporting people with disabilities, including an understanding of day to day activities, key challenges faced, and workforce priorities.
  • Strong understanding of IDD organizational systems
  • Experience writing/developing Person Centered Plans through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
  • Staff development/training experience preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to write for various audiences and in various styles
  • Computer/Technical literacy (Microsoft Office, internet browsers, etc.)
