The Relias Population Health Solution is a part of Relias—a company providing software and services to over 10,000 health systems, payers, and providers with a focus on workforce development, retention and competency.   • Leading a business unit of 40 people, including sales, marketing, services, support, clinical research, and engineering of Relias’s Population Health Solutions
  • Developing and executing business growth strategies for the population health unit
  • Applying a deep understanding of the business drivers for the Behavioral Health market – profitability, pricing, services mix, sales channels, etc.
  • Overseeing daily business operations with a heavy emphasis on winning new business
  • Creating and managing budgets
  • Hiring and developing employees
  • Evaluating performance and productivity
  • Defining the go-to-market strategy, including sales execution and build, buy and partner decisions
  • Piloting, launching, and commercializing new products
  • Creating and maintaining the product vision for our entire population health product suite




  • Deep understanding of the Behavioral Health market and value-based payment models in healthcare
  • 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development with advanced healthcare technologies (preferred)
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
  • Solid understanding and proven experience working in a dynamic development environment
