WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Performing in a player/coach role with team senior account executives responsible for driving new revenue growth and securing renewals
  • Owning the forecasts for renewals/bookings for team members.
  • Call shadowing, coaching, mentoring and performance improvement planning for team.
  • Conducting managerial administrative responsibilities, including PTO approval, expense report approval, etc.
  • Having oversight of team activity metric achievement
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Teaming up with corporate resources to provide ongoing training for team members in products and processes
  • Other duties as determined and assigned by the Vice President of Enterprise Sales

 
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Prior experience managing a sales team selling within the healthcare industry, ideally into hospitals and large healthcare systems
  • 7-10 years of prior sales/sales management experience with customer-facing sales roles requiring extensive internal and external interaction via phone, e-mail, and face-to-face
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinker with the agility to problem solve autonomously
  • Attention to detail
  • Enterprise level selling skills including time & territory management, advanced facilitation and writing ability
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.

 
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • SaaS experience desired
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ and other sales productivity tools
  • Experience selling / managing sales people in the acute healthcare market
  • Experience managing a remote sales team
  • Experience working with C-level decision makers in Fortune 1000 sized organizations
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, Healthcare Continuing Education and System Integration Protocols (AICC, API’s, SCORM, etc.) a plus
  • Familiarity with and/or formal training in Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, and/or Strategic Selling methodologies
