The Relias B2B Growth Marketing team is looking for a high energy, passionate leader to serve as the Director, Customer & Partner Marketing. This marketing leader is a critical link between Marketing, Sales, Partners and Client Success to build awareness and drive pipeline creation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy and implementing programs to deepen customer relationships, drive adoption, and grow pipeline and revenue. Specifically, you will own the development of marketing strategies and go-to-market campaigns to support our sales objectives via client and partner relationships. You will facilitate end-to-end customer and partner marketing initiatives at strategic and tactical levels that span account-based marketing (ABM), customer content & communications, and events.  You will also help establish our marketing tracking and reporting processes by collaborating with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across the business. This role requires change and impact.



  • Partnering closely with our Sales team, customer success, alliances team, and across marketing to develop a strategy and programs that guide our customers to value.
  • Executing programs that aim to drive upsell and cross-sell to the business, in collaboration with marketing, partner and sales teams.
  • Developing customer marketing strategy and plans, executing regional customer programs including customer events, expansion, nurture, and advocacy.
  • Working and aligning business priorities, targets, and short/long-term marketing plans with Sales leadership, Account Executives and business stakeholders.
  • Leading marketing teams to share best practices, create leverage, and provide a consolidated view on business strategy and results. 
  • Driving innovative, creative concepts from strategy through to execution while navigating ambiguity to solve complex issues and implement concrete recommendations.
  • Executing campaigns across the field, with partners and existing accounts.
  • Working closely with Demand Generation teams to compliment and/or contribute to existing and new outbound efforts and reframe for client and partner audiences. 
  • Developing effective working relationships across the company, including other marketing teams, sales, product management, alliances, customer success, legal, and others. 
  • Building a measurement framework and process to track and report marketing program effectiveness and impact.
  • Managing, mentoring, and empowering a high performing team of marketers.

  • Experience in building out marketing plans for both a channel partner model as well as a platform ecosystem. 
  • Experience of designing and managing teams across a blend of events (virtual and in person, national, regional, first-party and 3rd party conferences), coordinated with Marketing and partner programs
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills and experience. A passion for customers, their business success, and creating raving fans.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization and across all functions. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.


  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects
  • SaaS client communication and/or customer service experience 
  • Previous Salesforce or Gainsight experience 
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Relias platforms/verticals
