The HHS ENT Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for creating demand for Relias’ Human Health Services (HHS) B2B solutions that meets or exceeds pipeline goals for the Enterprise (ENT) division, focusing primarily on Payers and Population Health offerings. This role will work closely and collaboratively with Sales to identify and create individualized marketing plans for key accounts and will focus on implementing ABM strategies to engage them. 
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
•    Leading efforts to grow Relias’ share of the HHS Enterprise market in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing
•    Developing, overseeing, delivering, and continuously improving on the execution of the HHS ENT  ABM marketing plan to deliver marketing qualified

     leads to the HHS Enterprise sales team sufficient to ensure adequate pipeline coverage for Sales to meet their bookings goal 
•    Setting and managing the HHS ENT marketing calendar to support engagement of identified key accounts
•    Delivering consistent and frequent information regarding campaigns and required follow-up to Sales and Product Marketing
•    Partnering with and at times lead cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Alliances, and other internal

     teams at all levels of the organization
•    Analyzing, leveraging, and acting on data-driven insights provided by digital marketing efforts to help guide the overall marketing strategy, identify

     lead generation sources, and improve lead conversion
•    Taking ownership and initiative to support the marketing team and company through a proactive and positive attitude
 

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
•    5+ years in demand generation marketing, including an extensive working understanding of digital marketing tactics (paid and organic social, paid

     search and display, retargeting, programmatic), campaign strategy, and campaign execution, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)
•    Ability to forecast results for planned campaigns
•    Proven experience with Google AdWords
•    Strong, proven organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution and influencing skills required
•    Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously and navigate and succeed in ambiguity
•    Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
•    Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
