The Client Care Data Analyst is responsible for the data reporting and analysis needs of Client Care. This role will manage reporting from Salesforce, Gainsight, and other Client Care tools as needed, be responsible for full lifecycle analysis of the data, including trending and/or predictive analysis that may impact operations. This role will manage reporting needs for weekly scorecards, monthly and quarterly metrics, and ongoing KPI progress. The CC Data Analyst will work closely with Client Care, Data Science, CC Operations Analysts, and other teams as needed.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and templates to monitor KPIs, prepare scorecards, and provide monthly reporting for the Client Success, Professional Services, and Support teams
  • Analyze data to determine how various metrics impact each other, where technology could positively impact, or where changes need to be made.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques; meet with Client Care leadership to review data findings, make quality improvement recommendations; recommend additional metrics to monitor performance or leading indicators, and provide updates on KPI standings
  • Monitor performance/quality improvement plans as identified by Client Care Leadership and report on same.
  • Represent the Client Care organization in the optimization or implementation of reporting technologies, and assist cross-functional teams (i.e., Business Systems, etc.) with this work.
  • Validate data consistency and integrity.
  • Other duties as assigned


 YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Proven work experience working with data and/or reporting.
  • Technical expertise in understanding databases, report writing and analysis of data.Ability to plan and meet deadlines is a must
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees in leadership positions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking ability to recognize patterns, infer connections, and make valuable suggestions on improvement.
  • Accurate and methodical approach

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Minimum 4 years in a prior data, reporting or analytics role.
  • Previous experience with SFDC,  Gainsight, CRM’s and project management tools preferred
  • Proficient skill level with MS Excel
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics tools preferred
