The Data Governance Jr. Analyst will assist in the roll out of Data Governance across the company and coordinating working team activities and will have shared responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets. The position will focus on project coordinating, establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices, both at the department, Business and Functional areas, to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs. 




  • Guiding and supporting data governance activities to include initial exploration and analysis of the data landscape, business socialization, data profiling, and determine data fit for use, etc.
  • Meeting with multiple levels of the organization across multiple business functions to identify, understand and document data requirements and usage and to facilitate alignment on current and future data standards
  • Monitoring program metrics and dashboard reporting for review and presentation
  • Working closely with the Data Governance Lead
  • Participating in facilitating meetings, trainings, and communication between stakeholders



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software design, math, or other related program or 1+ years related experience.
  • 1+ years of Project Coordination or Data Governance.
  • Understanding of Data Governance and Master Data Management technology landscape, processes and design principles
