WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:                                                                

  • Working with Product Management and Content teams to implement the Post-Acute Care Product Roadmap.
  • Managing the post-acute care content writers and leading the development team to create new products.
  • Leveraging market knowledge to support product development efforts.
  • Creating detailed course requirements and planning forms to inform content and review content during the development process to ensure quality.
  • Maintaining the content quality of the work being delivered by setting and evaluating expectations and acceptance criteria.
  • Managing multiple roadmap initiatives to meet organizational goals in a timely manner while ensuring quality

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing with an active RN license, in good standing with state board of nursing.
  • 7+ years’ experience required in a post-acute care field (SNF, ALF, HH, Hospice) with 3+ years’ experience in a people manager role
  • 3+ years’ experience in the development or delivery of training; online course development experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to write content for various audiences using a variety of writing styles.
  • Proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in a variety of technical programs/applications, including Microsoft Office programs and internet browsers.
