  • Maintaining internal control environment and related to documentation to ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate policies and procedures for general accounting operations, and setting up new systems and policies to support growth of company and assist in international expansion
  • Managing GL, Payroll (incl. sales commissions), AP, Billing, Revenue Accounting/Analysis and AR
  • Overseeing and submitting monthly/quarterly/yearly financial information to corporate headquarters
  • Coordinating with corporate accounting group on special projects, acquisition accounting and financial integration of acquired companies
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, and other applicable taxes and regulations in coordination with central tax group
  • Ensuring all international subsidiary ledgers are closed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Completing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations
  • Taking full responsibility for internal and external audits as well as the risk management process and the gathering of required information
  • Leading accounting work streams on M&A both during acquisition and integration phases
  • Directing the daily activities and the career development of team members, including leading, hiring, coaching, and mentoring





  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
  • Proven working experience as a Controller
  • At least 8-10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • Ideal candidate will have a background in public accounting, in the software/technology industry (ideally SaaS) and has worked in a global corporation
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Experience in acquisition accounting
  • Experience with IFRS 15 or ASC 606
  • Experience in payroll and commission-calculation
  • Strong leader with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent MS office (especially Excel) and enterprise accounting systems such as Intacct and SAP
