WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Creating schedules and project timelines
  • Coordinating internal resources and contractors for the timely execution of projects
  • Building professional rapport with stakeholders including leadership team, clinician content experts, contractors, and internal team
  • Using appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, resources, schedule and costs
  • Providing meaningful project documentation including project timelines, workplans, process flow diagrams, etc. to advance objectives 
  • Proactively identifying and minimizing project risks
  • Updating stakeholders on project status, issues and potential solutions
  • Providing regular analysis of project budget/burndown to leadership team
  • Collaborating and communicating across departments to enable the timely & successful completion of high-quality project deliverables

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of project methodology and best practices including PMBOK
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Proven working experience in educational/software/technical setting
  • Knowledge and proficiency in project management software tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Database functionality
