As a Client Success Trainer, your top priority will be giving Relias client care professionals the tools, skills and knowledge they need to be effective in their roles as part of the client care organization. The Client Success Trainer will work with the Director of Enablement as well as the Client Care Leadership Team to identify knowledge and skills gaps, define learning engagements to address the needs of the client success team, develop and deliver training programs to enable the success of the team, monitor results and make suggestions for improvement as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Develop and manage the curriculum for New Hire Client Success Managers as well as facilitate the Client Success onboarding program. Own the delivery of the onboarding program by managing schedules and agendas.
• Conduct ongoing training for new and current Client Success Managers to support Release Readiness and Go-to-Market initiatives.
• Improve training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of certain client segments and/or vertical markets
• Attend inter-departmental meetings to stay current on platform, product and solution releases to support Release Readiness activities.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• College undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Corporate Client Care experience
• Ability to effectively conduct needs analysis, define learning objectives, develop training materials and exercises, deliver training and monitor results of training initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with an e-learning platform as a mode of training delivery
• Ability to analyze data to determine training program efficacy, identify and address gaps, and update training programs as needed to align with appropriate goals and KPIs
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Effective presentation and workshop facilitation skills
• Team-player and collaborative in nature
• Demonstrates ability to manage time and workflow
• Ability to operate in a metrics driven, goal-oriented environment
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
• Learning development application experience (Storyline, RISE 360, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
• Certification from talent and training associations a plus

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
