As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be the Relias face and a trusted advisor to our clients.  You will drive better outcomes for our clients coaching them through their Relias journey leveraging a variety of solutions, including analytics, assessments, and personalized learning.  Working with colleagues in Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Professional Services, we would be counting on you to guarantee our clients’ success.

A CSM IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Serving as the primary strategic liaison for enterprise-level clients using Relias’ suite of analytics, assessments and/or learning solutions
  • Applying product and industry knowledge to ensure clients have the best solutions and services for their needs
  • Aligning on strategic goals and quality initiatives with clients
  • Collaborating as the voice of the customer with our Relias team
  • Conducting business reviews, trainings and explaining technical concepts to customers
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction ratings and ensuring renewals

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU:

  • Work independently and communicate effectively
  • Command a room full of executives or key stakeholders
  • Facilitate strategic and sometimes difficult discussions
  • Communicate effectively with clinical, administrative, and executive audiences
  • Establish, assign, and execute key deliverables within established timelines
  • Possess high sense of urgency, patience, and flexibility

 

AND YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED:

  • BA/BS or higher
  • SaaS-experience highly desirable; Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience within one of our core markets
  • 4-5 years of experience with healthcare analytics; 4-5 years of experience as EHR or pharma vendor
