The Business Systems Support role plays a supporting role to the larger Business Systems Team and operates as the first point of contact for end users requesting enhancements or support with our internal systems. 



  • Managing and resolving first-level internal service requests (ISRs) for business systems.
  • Resolving tickets within established Service Level Agreements and escalating as needed.
  • Conducting user management across multiple business systems, including enabling and disabling access when individuals join and leave the organization. 
  • Maintaining IT best practices, including data governance, security controls, release processes, and overall platform maintenance.
  • Keeping current on the latest system releases. 



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Atlassian Jira, or similar, as a power user. Administration experience helpful.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce  
  • Basic understanding of database structure
  • Ability to think strategically and understand long-term impacts of today’s decisions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to inform and escalate to the appropriate people when certain changes are requested
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously  



  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with additional Salesforce products, such as Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, Security Shield, and/or Pardot
  • Experience with other enterprise applications such as Gainsight, Docusign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, OneTrust, Miro
  • Experience with data manipulation
