WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Administrating business systems, primarily Salesforce, Gainsight, and related applications. Providing additional support for others SaaS application as needed (Intacct, Coupa, WebEx, etc.).
  • Managing and resolving first-level support tickets for business systems. Resolving tickets within established Service Level Agreements. Escalating as needed.
  • Maintaining IT best practices, including data governance, security controls, and overall platform maintenance
  • Generating and maintaining admin and user documentation, including training and reference materials.
  • Working closely with Sales trainer, Client Care trainer, and others to drive user adoption
  • Assisting with integrating newly acquired business processes and data within all business systems
  • Keeping current on the latest releases.  Driving the best use of our systems.
  • Potentially participating in larger IT projects, such as version upgrades or new implementations

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar, as a power user. Administration experience helpful.
  • 1+ years of experience with other SaaS applications as a power-user or administrator
  • A basic understanding of database structure
  • An understanding of Cloud technologies
  • The ability to think strategically and understand long-term impacts of today’s decisions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, including ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously  

 

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, Live Agent, Docusign, JIRA, Clarizen, Marketo
  • Experience working in a multi-currency, multi-product environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or similar
  • Experience with data integration
