The Brand Manager will report to the Director, Corporate Marketing. As Brand Manager, you will play an integral role in communicating, protecting, and building authentic B2B and B2C brands. The ideal candidate possesses a successful record of clear and compelling communications, problem solving skills, and unifying teams and departments. You will manage and measure brand awareness, set brand guidelines, and work directly with key leaders to deploy strategies that enable brand scalability and support future acquisitions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring partnership across Marketing, Product, Content, Sales, and other teams. This role requires a high-level understanding of business goals and the ability to tailor communications to the “big picture.”

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Maintaining brand guidelines aligned with business goals.
  • Showcasing our mission, purpose, and vision through video, written, and image content. 
  • Serving as go-to person in company for input and guidance on branding.
  • Streamlining brand consistency across the company and providing ongoing training.
  • Leading awards committee strategy to bolster business goals.
  • Serving on cross-functional teams focused on internal and external communications, such as content marketing and public relations.
  • Working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Influencing and persuading teams and network across the company.
  • Developing new outreach programs, business, and volunteer opportunities to bolster brand awareness.
  • Organizing and developing web content on brand-focused pages across our domains

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: 

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to develop brand strategy based on corporate goals
  • Ability to develop messaging for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build solid relationships internally and externally
  • 5+ years of brand, communications, and/or related marketing experience
  • 2+ years of brand management, including creating and updating brand standards


IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Brand merger/acquisition expereince 
  • Brand certification
  • Healthcare experience
  • SaaS experience
  • B2B and B2C experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Cision, Adobe Creative Cloud
