  • Testing automation and scripting utilizing various tools such as
  • Testing all aspects of the product/system such as functional/component, system, performance, regression and service level.
  • Designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
  • Working with development team to identify and capture test cases
  • Writing test scenarios, including identifying the detailed test data needs
  • Delivering high-quality software releases
  • Collaborating with end-users and the project team, technology and operational functions critical to the relevance of the product.
  • Contributing to a pro-active, self-motivating Scrum team, the technical architecture and implementation, and team efficiency initiatives and culture
  • Removing roadblocks and escalating risks



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of user interface and automated functional testing of web, client-server, mobile, and tablet applications
  • Strong communication, networking and team-oriented skills
  • Willingness to learn system integration testing of back-end components and integration points
  • Willingness to learn defect tracking and change management
  • Willingness to learn creation and execution of test cases/scripts
  • Willingness to learn ad-hoc testing without documented requirements
  • Willingness to learn quality assurance best practices and the ability to implement them in a process maturing environment
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter attitude that can self-manage daily workload
