The Product Manager, Domains will be responsible for helping to shape the vision and growth strategy for Relias B2C brands, especially as it relates to developing and engaging communities through product innovation and new education and career development services for nurses and allied health professionals. This person will serve as the product manager and engagement for community platforms, job boards, and directories. 



  • Owning community engagement programs for, and, including the implementation of a new community engagement platform. 
  • Driving market and competitive analysis to support business strategy, including that around healthcare provider communities, job seeker activities, healthcare training, certification and continuing education consumption, news and events participation.
  • Developing a deep, researched-based understanding of the user personas, mapping solutions and strategies to meet their needs.
  • Identifying strategic growth areas and develop roadmap/milestones to guide business toward goals. 
  • Collaborating with Relias marketing managers and content managers to shape a marketing and content strategy, launch activities, and community engagement across digital channels.
  • With leadership, developing a vision for online healthcare communities and associated products and solutions; evangelizing and advocating vision for brand inside and outside of Relias.
  • Driving discovery process and documentation of requirements for new products and product enhancements. 
  • Project managing the implementation of a community engagement platform for various professional communities, initially with an emphasis on the nursing community.
  • Owning community development and engagement be responsible for achieving community engagement targets.
  • Moderating community platform activities, recruiting thought leaders and influencers to be a part of the community, identifying community needs and growth opportunities.
  • Developing commercial terms and product merchandising/packaging to support platform growth. 
  • Managing community-adjacent products, including job boards and higher education directories. 
  • Conducting and/or driving market analysis activities to help define features needed to drive growth of the community, job board, and higher education directories; liaising with platform engineering teams (internal and external) to execute.
  • Managing cost budgets and developing detailed annual budgets for platforms under management. 
  • Leveraging marketing research/analytics to define vision and strategy.
  • Managing projects and programs related to operations and growth.
  • Owning and/or participating in coordinated launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Participating in forecasting as needed, providing commentary, and identifying membership bridges when necessary. 
  • Assisting with support/sales escalations when necessary.



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years professional experience in business strategy, business operations, product management, or marketing
  • 2-3 years in community management through an online platform
  • Deep understanding of nursing and healthcare professions.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Data analysis, including proficiency in Excel, to synthesize multiple inputs and develop a go forward strategy and execution plan
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence; highly professional.
  • Ability to develop compelling value propositions and differentiators.
  • Personal commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility is a must; comfortable working in a dynamic business environment and ability to shift priorities as needed.
