WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create, write and develop new e-learning courses and edit existing acute care content in one or more of Relias’ verticals
- Design application-based and outcome-driven realistic case studies to illustrate key concepts in course material
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your specialty area and work with external SMEs in other areas
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments who are involved in the course development life cycle
- Manage multiple priority projects efficiently and effectively
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing with an active RN license in good standing
- At least 5 years’ experience in a medical/surgical or other comparable acute unit; certifications are preferred
- At least 1 year developing or delivering training/education
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to write for various audiences and in various styles
- Computer/Technical literacy (Microsoft Office, internet browsers, etc.)
