The Accreditation Specialist submits initial applications into accrediting boards for approval, maintains approval through a formalized renewal process, and is accountable for all aspects of maintenance related to submission, recordkeeping, and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Identifying resources needed to complete applications and submissions to meet set deadlines
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness to applications and submissions
- Communicating effectively with the external accrediting/regulatory agencies
- Identifying appropriate target audience for the content being submitted
- Researching content to ensure appropriate references are documented for submission
- Creating timed agendas for content
- Submitting documentation efficiently and in a timely manner
- Tracking and following-up with accrediting boards and agencies
- Assigning certificates within the learning management system
- Maintaining accurate data in QuickBase
- Accurate and timely reporting to all external agencies
- Maintaining accurate project task and time tracking in QuickBase
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or higher at the collegiate level
- Familiarity with the healthcare environment and the target audience that Relias serves
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with Content team, Product team and SMEs
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to take constructive criticism and apply it towards professional development
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects
