  • Directing Accounts Receivable Associates in their day-to-day operations and assist with training of new team members
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments
  • Negotiating with clients in cases of dispute, including solving client billing issues
  • Holding weekly meetings with team members for personal and team development as well as review of outstanding accounts
  • Working under tight timelines to meet department reporting needs and cash collection targets



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 3-4 + years working in Finance areas, preferably Accounts Receivable
  • 1 year of experience managing a small team of financial professionals would be a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
