WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Mentor and develop Support Consultants by providing continuous training opportunities
  • Manage support response times, quality of support and development of customer collateral materials
  • Consistently monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and report results to management
  • Handle escalated support calls and issues raised by high profile customers
  • Demo products and be the face of our support team to our SMB clients
  • Identify improvements in department organization or system functionality
  • Collaborate across other departments to ensure voice of the customer is represented

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • 1+ years of management/supervisory experience
  • Exposure to or experience in a call center environment
  • A coaching and mentoring mentality
  • LMS or SaaS experience is desirable
