Primary responsibility of this role is to manage the following for the RLMS:


  • Lead the discovery process to understand customer needs, integration opportunities, partner requirements, and acquisition dependencies
  • Translate insights into detailed product requirements, identify ambiguities, define clear acceptance criteria, prioritize tradeoffs, manage the backlog, and drive your development teams to deliver quality products
  • Lead others with your vision – internally and externally, be the voice of the eCommerce ecosystem in industry and customer conversations
  • Create deep relationships with your target customers as the established expert for offerings
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to support product development efforts
  • Communicate priorities based on well-defined and measured business cases



  • Developing an integration plan and a detailed gap analysis for acquired software products and potential vendors/partners
  • Creating and maintaining an internal and public facing eCommerce Roadmap
  • Creating detailed requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Conducting ongoing competitive and market research: W/L Calls, Surveys, Discovery Calls and Visits and Cancellation
  • Identifying functional gaps and determining how to build, buy or partner to fill those gaps




  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce product management and/or technical role required
  • Experience with Pragmatic Marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
  • Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
  • Not afraid of the details – need to be highly focused mitigating product development risk by ensuring that no rocks go unturned
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence.


Education Required 

  •  Bachelors’ Degree or comparable work experience


Experience/Education Preferred

  • Degree in computer science or technical discipline preferred
