  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to ensure the sales force has the content they need at each stage of the buyer purchasing process and customer lifecycle.
  • Support development of pitch decks, identify selling and adoption barriers and create content that enables the team to sell more.
  • Develop and execute an Account-based Marketing strategy in partnership with Sales.
  • Ensure that the sales organization is well-equipped with the content and knowledge of available marketing resources to actively nurture and close deals in the pipeline.
  • Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
  • Identify spotlight clients and develop, oversee and deliver client success stories and case studies
  • Drive regular and ad-hoc one-on-one discussions with client executives to gather insights on marketing needs.
  • Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.
  • Assist on sales calls and demos as needed.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    ·         Strong healthcare acumen to successfully engage with physicians and c-level leaders and understand the nuances of marketing to healthcare

    ·         Strong customer and sales orientation with ability to distill requests from the field into impactful deliverables

    ·         Ability to think creatively and strategically and execute tactically

    ·         Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution and influencing skills required

    ·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required

    ·         Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting requirements and motivations

    ·         Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once in a highly complex, fast-paced, unpredictable environment

    ·         Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for industry-specific conferences and/or to meet with Relias clients

    Experience Required 

    ·         Minimum of 7 years proven marketing experience in a healthcare technology or medical device company

    ·         Minimum of 5 years developing impactful marketing content 

    Education Required 

    ·         BA/BS required

    Experience/Education Preferred

    ·         Master’s degree in healthcare, business or communications

    ·         5+ years of product and/or content marketing experience

    ·         Experience in a sales or sales support role

    ·         Working knowledge of, Marketo, Office 360 and Wrike preferred
