WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Leading a team of 4-6 in-house and remote sales professionals
  • Assisting the acute team in driving new sales, expansion and up-selling, and renewing existing business
  • Maximizing your sales teams’ effort by coaching, training, and engaging in the field
  • Providing onsite and virtual support to your team’s sales efforts
  • Guiding efforts to build enterprise presence, targeting existing clients for cross-sell as well as new logos.
  • Working with the sales leadership team to create strategies and processes for driving new business
  • Overseeing specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities
  • Partnering closely with sales, marketing, CC, PM, content and other organizations to ensure Relias and our clients are successful.

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years of leadership and management/sales management experience in a software environment
  • Experience selling into and working in the acute care segment of healthcare
  • Experience leading sales/client care team; both remote and in-house
  • Great work ethic and proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong negotiating and strategic selling skills
  • Ability to develop and lead others in a metrics-driven, process-based, high accountability environment
  • Willingness to travel 40 – 50% of the time
