The Clinical Effectiveness Consultant bridges the gap between sales and support by providing the clinical and administrative expertise necessary to support sales and provide services in support of enterprise-level analytics opportunities. This team combines clinical insights, consultation, performance and change management, solution selling, and advanced client support capabilities. This position may be done remotely. Travel requirements up to 75%. 




  • Provides strategic and tactical clinical guidance/consultation to senior-level leadership teams in the sale, purchase, and implementation of clinical analytics-related products and services
  • Provides clinical consulting services to existing clients to maximize their investment by driving engagement, utilization, and value
  • Measures the impact and value (ROI) of clinical products and delivers results to clients
  • Forms strategic relationships with top client executives
  • Supports sales in closing new business by attending meetings with prospects, suggesting implementation approaches, providing demonstrations, and supporting Sales Executives
  • Works directly with client teams to design and implement performance improvement programs
  • Drives adoption of clinical products by taking a consultative approach with clients to integrate analytics solutions into their workflow by building support for the project within the company as well as managing and training on change management and performance improvement processes
  • Integrates smoothly into the Client Services & Sales model and communicates closely with all
  • Utilizes client feedback and advocates for clients to inform our product roadmap
  • Assists with renewals & upsell opportunities, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned





  • 5+ years experience in a behavioral health or quality improvement setting
  • Experience in healthcare administration or in a process improvement/change management role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health processes, quality improvement, and care guidelines
  • Credibility with senior leaders
  • Familiarity with researching and publishing in clinical journals
  • Passion for supporting clients and managing client expectations
  • Knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA policy and experience working with PHI
  • Demonstrated ability to create, adapt, and execute plans to unstructured and/or complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to implement plans with a defined process, metrics, and desired outcomes to ensure strong focus and consistent execution
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills, including the ability to identify underlying client needs and translate those needs into tailored product and service solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines 



  • Masters in Behavioral Health or Social Services field
