Digital Sales Manager/Director US (M/F)

As digital sales manager/director US, you will be based in NY with a line manager in London



  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • 4+ years of successful media sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Outstanding communications skills both in front of clients and internally when feeding back on the performance of their team.
  •  Flawless presentation skills and the ability to lead strategic conversations both towards advertisers and media agencies
  • A strong network of senior and mid-level relationships and relevant contacts at major advertising and marketing agencies in the NYC area. Miami, Chicago, LA and SF is optional.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and video marketing media business and other YouTube products 
  • Agency media know-how around media strategy, buying and trading.
  • Maintain and develop valuable advertiser and agency relationships and strategic partnerships for the benefit of the organization.
  • Customer-focused with can do/will do attitude
  • Deliver on 5+ external meetings per week
  • Highly organized, solutions- and results-driven.
  • Designing, owning and implementing a strategic and tactical digital sales plan with ambitious growth objectives
  • A passion for success on a personal, team and organisation level.
  • Ability to work well internally with team members of other key departments.
  • Ability/willingness to travel both within the US and to Europe.



  • Drive revenue growth objectives.
  • Develop, implement and manage a thorough and consistent sales process with appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management.
  • Lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales and sales development teams.
  • Use internal CRM automation tools to effectively measure individual opportunity activity and outcome metrics.
  • Ensure efficient department operations by implementing a lean and effective go-to-market structure.
  • Be on top of relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape.
  • Assist with expanding current revenue streams beyond current products/regions.
  • Personally build and maintain deep relationships with key industry leaders, including client-side marketing executives and ad agencies.
  • Identify opportunities to build larger investment frameworks with key agencies and clients.
  • Maintain a healthy margin and product goals.
  • Work closely with other departments and business units within RAC, including client services, marketing, media planning, creative and product development
