Digital Account Manager for our Paris Office (M/F)

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Client Leads, Sales Managers and Ad Operations Team to support pitches, produce offers, close & deliver deals.
  • As a key member of the Digital Sales Team, you will be a digital knowledge bank towards the wider Sales Team.
  • Deliver compelling, customised debriefs that solve agency and advertisers’ business and media needs.
  • Brief our Ad Operations Team with complete campaign information according to our process and checklist.
  • Ensure sold campaigns begin on time, run smoothly and deliver according to brief once approved by agency/client.
  • Provide agencies and advertisers with support to activate campaign: e.g. tech specs, SSP/DSP info, rates, deal ID’s, copy clearance, etc.
  • Accurately keep a record of all pending and active campaigns and debriefs, assist in maintaining campaign delivery. 
  • Share campaign statistics regularly with the Client Sales Team in order to maintain strong relationships as well as looking for opportunities to upsell during ongoing campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships and troubleshooting with our Ad Operations Team as needed, whether campaigns are managed service or programmatic.
  • Responsible for campaign PCAs, working with the Client Leads and Sales Team to identify commercial opportunities to maximise future potential campaign investment.    

 

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years minimum digital experience - Solid understanding of the programmatic/digital and agency landscape and experience working with media agencies
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • Structured project management skills
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to function as part of a team with a passion for digital media.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally to partners, advertisers and agencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, a second European language would be desirable but not essential
