For our Regional Digital Sales Team (Germany, Israel, Nordics, Netherlands, Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Austria), we are looking a Digital Sales Support.

Key responsibilities
Your primary focus is to support our Sales Team and contribute to their sales success.
- You will work closely with our Client Leads, Sales Managers and Ad Operations Team to support pitches, produce offers, close and deliver deals
- As a key member of the Digital Sales Team, you will be a digital knowledge bank and HUB towards the wider Sales Team
- You will deliver compelling, customised debriefs that solve agency and advertisers’ business and media needs
- You will brief our Ad Operations Team with complete campaign information according to our process and checklist
- You will ensure sold campaigns begin on time, run smoothly, and deliver according to brief once approved by agency/client
- You will accurately keep a record of all pending and active campaigns and debriefs and assist in maintaining campaign delivery
- You will clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- You will share campaign statistics regularly with the Client Sales Team to maintain solid relationships and look for opportunities to upsell during ongoing campaigns
- You will build solid relationships and troubleshoot with our Ad Operations Team as needed, whether campaigns are managed service or programmatic
Your profile
- Bachelor in marketing, media, business, commerce or similar
- 3 years minimum in digital experience
- Solid understanding of the programmatic/digital and agency landscape and experience working with media agencies
- Previous experience in a sales environment will be advantageous
- Solid communication skills are essential: internal and external communications to partners, advertisers and agencies
- Excellent verbal and written English. Speaking German is un asset
- Growth mindset and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
