For our Regional Digital Sales Team (Germany, Israel, Nordics, Netherlands, Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Austria), we are looking a Digital Sales Manager, highly motivated in selling digital solutions!
Key responsibilities
Under the leadership of our Regional Director Digital Sales, you will work closely with our international sales leads, ad ops and marketing teams and you will be responsible for driving and growing business with agencies and advertisers.
- Drive digital revenue through IO and programmatic deals. Focusing on maximising awareness of our digital solutions across agency/desk/advertiser relationships, closing deals, securing delivery by working closely with our Ad Ops teams and media partners and maximising revenue
- Independently plan and control activities of various accounts as well as the continuous success control of the media measures
- Drive the conversation with trading desks, media agencies and in-housed advertisers through pitching, events, and roadshows to ensure we maximise our growth performance on each account
- Keep up to date with marketplace trends to ensure we are relevant and best placed to monetise developments in the market whether driven externally or internally
Your profile
- Bachelor in marketing, media, business, commerce or similar
- 4 years minimum in digital media
- Solid understanding of the programmatic/digital
- Strong network of digital contacts within media agencies, advertisers etc.
- Proven track record in digital sales
- Keen to open doors and establish new business relationships
- Growth mindset and adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written English. Speaking German and/or Dutch is un asset
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
