Vendor Tax Specialist TEMP

Please note:  This is a TEMP position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reviewing payment detail for multiple clients to analyze exceptions and entries for validity for vendor tax filings.
• Must be professional, organized and detail oriented.  Ability to coordinate with others who may assist with the review of the payment data for the filing period.
• Ability to articulate and communicate findings and concerns to the appropriate channels and be accountable for the validity of their work.

• Understanding of exempt and non-exempt vendor payments
• 1099 Non-employee compensation reporting
• 1099 Miscellaneous reporting
• 1042S royalties reporting
