
We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of global Central Finance and core US finance solutions as a part of our S/4HANA migration and ongoing transformation. This role focuses on enabling real-time financial replication from multiple source systems into S/4HANA, ensuring accurate financial reporting, harmonization, and streamlined finance operations.
Specific responsibilities include:

Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.

Configure and support SLT for real-time data replication.
-
Map and harmonize financial data from source systems to S/4HANA.

Lead business process analysis and design workshops.
-
Configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO components.
-
Support initial load and real-time replication.
-
Maintain mapping rules for organizational and financial objects.
-
Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and error handling.
-
Collaborate on AIF monitoring and issue resolution.
-
Support testing cycles and defect resolution.
-
Assist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Provide user training and documentation.

5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience.

Hands-on Central Finance implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of FI/CO and Central Finance processes.

Experience with SLT, AIF, and data reconciliation.

Understanding of ECC vs S/4HANA finance differences.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4HANA Finance or CFIN certification.

Experience with MDG.
-
Knowledge of SAP Fiori.

Experience in global or multi-system landscapes.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
