We have an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift - Warehouse Group Lead $22.50/hr*
* Hourly wage reflects base wage of $20.00/hr and 12.5% shift differential.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Possess effective leadership skills with an ability to foster a positive work environment.

PC Literate: Word, EXCEL, Outlook including knowledge of or ability to learn MARC.

Ability to distribute work to employees as assigned by Supervisor.
-
Reports absences daily for all personnel assigned.

Effective training capabilities and mentor skills.
-
Assists employees needing help and answers questions about assigned tasks.
-
Assists supervisor in insuring safety policies and procedures for the area are followed.

Assistes the supervisor in maintaining the cleanliness of the work area at all times.

Performs normal duties of the position when not performing group leader responsibilities.

Maintains daily functions of the department during supervisors absence.

Accurately prepare and maintain reports.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Multi-tasking capabilities.
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 6:30pm
