Penguin Random House Audio, part of the Digital Publishing Group, is seeking a Senior Executive Producer to join their team.


The Senior Executive Producer will work closely with a talented, award winning audiobook team and be responsible for overseeing the production of over 75 audio projects each year. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with authors, freelance directors, sound engineers, and actors/narrators to create ground-breaking productions on a set schedule and within budgets.  The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be an expert diplomat, be able to interpret text and translate the written word into spoken audio with inspired casting that is true to the author’s vision. The senior executive producer will need to be able to collaborate intra- and inter-divisionally with editorial, marketing, publicity, and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will have the following experience:


-Minimum 10+ years experience in publishing, audiobooks, or related performance medium

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; working knowledge of ProTools a plus
