- Support strategic initiatives across global teams, working closely with senior leadership to drive progress on high-priority projects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across publishing, operations, finance, and global teams to align objectives, timelines, and outcomes
- Structure and manage project workflows — from defining goals and milestones to tracking deliverables and ensuring timely execution
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of internal tools, forums, and processes that strengthen collaboration across the business
- Support change management efforts by helping teams adopt new ways of working or implement cross-functional solutions
Please apply if you meet the following minimum qualifications:

- Professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication English skills, including developing coherent, concise communications
- A curiosity for emerging technologies, especially AI, and an ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities
- Assertive and diplomatic; self-directing; able to manage stakeholders across the organization with influence
- Strong attention to detail when pivoting from the macro-level to the micro-level, so that the team can deliver cross-functional projects spanning different businesses and geographies
- Passion for books
- Proficient Microsoft Office user, particularly with PPT, Excel, and Word
