Licensing Coordinator

This is a great opportunity to join an agile and dynamic technology team supporting IT licensing operations for one of the world’s largest English language book publishers. As an essential member of our Network & Desktop Support team, the Licensing Coordinator acts as a liaison between external vendors and internal stakeholders across PRH to source, price, order, bill, track and reconcile hard- and software purchases.


Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring license compliance for all applications and software vendors
  • Working with Legal to ensure contractual compliance between PRH and vendors
  • Tracking all software and managing contracts and renewals in Agiloft database
  • Generating quotes for Server, Desktop and Network team maintenance renewals
  • Administering day-to-day SaaS applications as required
  • Advising on licensing matters
  • Ordering and tracking wireless phones, and reconciling monthly mobile expenses
  • Periodical auditing of employee wireless program compliance and cost
  • Coordinating domain purchases and liaising with business and IT staff for domain requirements
  • Coding and processing domain invoices and general IT invoices as needed
  • And other duties as assigned.



  • Experience with licensing of such areas as MS Office 365, AWS, MS Azure, Cloud, Hosting, etc.
  • Knowledge of SaaS licensing and contracts
  • Experience with Agiloft Contract database and New York State (NYS) procurement practices preferred
