Technology Training Coordinator (12m FTC), Learning & Development

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technology Training Coordinator to join our London-based HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Reporting into the Learning & Development team, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating the inductions for all existing colleagues and for our new joiners as we return to the office. This role will provide key support to the Learning and Development and Technology training teams, and will act as a main point of contact, assisting with all requests and enquiries.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Coordinating technology inductions for our colleagues as they return to offices over the summer, with new ways of working and technology in place
  • Coordinating technology ‘business as usual’ training for the organisation, including scheduling, liaising with external and internal training partners, course registration and attendance
  • Managing training logistics, including room bookings and set up where needed, catering and training materials, across multiple office locations (London and Essex)
  • Reviewing post-workshop attendee feedback and agreeing follow up actions with the L&D team and Technology Training Manager
  • Act as first point of contact and manage all incoming and outgoing queries in relation to technology learning and training, referring or escalating them as needed.
  • Preparing and maintaining systems, documents & records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR
  • Working with appropriate teams to create a welcoming, accessible and inclusive learning experience for all, whether that be training programmes, events or materials
  • Creatively design and maintain internal communications related to technology training – updating intranet pages, course materials and the training calendar on an on-going basis to ensure they are up to date at all times
  • Assisting with management of the Technology training budget, ensuring training is within the agreed budget, raising Purchase Orders and managing invoices

To be successful in this role you will have a strong coordination background and relevant administration experience, e.g diary management. A strong interest in technology and supporting professional development will be essential, alongside the ability to build good working relationships and comfortability communicating across all levels of the business.

You’ll be a super organised person with the ability to handle multiple priorities whilst maintaining a key eye for detail. Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel to an intermediate level will be beneficial.

If you’d like to apply, please submit a CV and Cover Letter outlining your reasons for interest in the role by midnight on Tuesday 11th May 2021.
