If you’re looking for a role that’s varied and fast-paced, this could be for you.

You’ll be the focal point in the business for all requests for ancillary work on our products. Accuracy, organisation, attention to detail and proactivity are essential to this role. As the main point of contact with our external suppliers, you will be responsible for planning in a range of work, prioritising jobs to meet required delivery dates.

You will sit in our Stock Management team and work closely with our Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehouse and Customer Service teams to complete work in a timely and cost effective manner whilst meeting demanding customer specifications. The ability to maintain accurate and up to date records of completed work is a must; this information will then be used to drive a monthly reconciliation of supplier invoices.

We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, able to analyse problems, create solutions and multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency with Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. A proven ability to influence process change is much desired.

This is primarily a logistics role so previous experience of working in a logistics or distribution role is necessary for this role.

We love what we do, so knowledge of publishing and an interest in stories would be an advantage, along with experience of Biblio and SAP systems.

Please apply with your CV and cover letter by Sunday 7th May.
