Are you personable and organised with great customer service and administration skills?


We’re looking for a temporary Team Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and members of staff in the Sales team.


Based at our Ealing office, your day-to-day will be fast-paced but with plenty of variety, whether that’s diary management, organising travel/accommodation, creating sales presentation materials, sending out cross company communications and time sensitive requests, helping with book mail outs, or preparing for key departmental meetings.


You’ll be a highly organised, proactive individual with excellent administrative skills, intermediate skills on Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel, and the ability to manage your own workload and pick up new systems quickly, ideally with an interest in sales.


This is a varied and busy support role – no two days will be the same and you’ll need to be able to think quickly on your feet in a welcoming and exciting team environment.


We’re looking for someone to work 25 – 30 hours a week over 4 or 5 days; please include your preferred days and working pattern in your cover letter.
