The role

  • To use your curiosity, fresh perspective and creativity to develop and radiate our employer brand, so that we offer a compelling and exciting proposition to the talent we seek.
  • Alongside the opportunity to continually innovate and reimagine our approach to recruitment, you’ll also roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, managing the day to day.

  • Experience of recruiting candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds and reaching candidates from different industries and groups.
  • Proven ability to lead and demonstrable skills in building rapport and inspiring trust and confidence.

  • You’ll know too the best way to connect quickly with others –through what you say, do and write.
  • Experience of developing, implementing and radiating employer brand
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of inclusive hiring practices.

You don’t need to have set foot in a publisher’s before, we’re after fresh perspectives.  What’s most important is your extensive recruitment expertise; and your experience of creating, leading and implementing an inclusive hiring strategy.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll work with a focused and ambitious HR team, who strive to keep things human and to do things differently. There’ll be the opportunity to innovate, inspire change and shape our recruitment strategy. At your disposal will be one of the world’s most original, distinctive and much-loved brands. When you combine this with a company which believes in creating a place where employees can do the best work of their lives, you’ve a compelling offering to play with.
