If so, then you might be the perfect fit for our Head of Marketing role, in the Penguin Random House Children’s division.

 

This contract offers the chance to bring your branding and marketing knowledge to a new team and become a central voice for brand strategy and commercial thinking.

 

You’ll establish yourself as a trusted expert and produce and manage creative integrated marketing campaigns with an emphasis on successful results, as well as keeping abreast of marketing ideas, developments and competitive activity always looking to identify opportunities.

 

This role will be all about encouraging families to engage with our brands and stories, so you don’t need to have experience from within the publishing industry. Instead, what we’ll be looking for is a strategic thinker who knows how to build excitement and intrigue about a brand.

 

On a day to day basis, you’ll be working closely with the Marketing Director for our Children’s division and with a variety of colleagues from across the business so you’ll need to use your communication skills to influence and engage those around you just as much as the audience themselves.
