HR Administrator (12m FTC)

If you’re looking for your next challenge and have an HR administration background, you could be the perfect new team member for our HR Administration Team. We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join us on a 12-month FTC, full time at our offices in London.


The HR Administrator role sits at the heart of the HR function, ensuring that admin and data processing is completed, supporting the HR team and the wider business for an employee’s full time with us.  


The HR processes you’ll be working on include everything from processing new joiner and leaver paperwork, benefits, and other employee changes through to keeping organisational charts up to date and e-filing.


You will become a super-user of our HRIS, Cascade, and will be tasked with ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.


You’ll work closely and collaboratively with our HR Generalist team to give you context to your work, so you can keep on top of sensitivities and business priorities. Processing salary and pensions information will also mean that you’re working closely with our Payroll and Pensions teams on a daily basis.


This role will be right for you if you’ve had previous experience as an HR Administrator working in a complex administrative role or somewhere where you’ve handled sensitive data and worked to SLA’s.


You’ll need to be customer-focused in all that you do, and you’ll bring a positive, proactive approach to work as well as building strong working relationships with other colleagues across the business.


You’ll be confident with IT systems and in particular MS Outlook and Excel, and given the nature of the work, it almost goes without saying that you’ll also need excellent attention to detail and be a master of organisation and prioritisation.
