Concierge, 12m FTC

Could you be our next Concierge within our facilities team?


We’re currently hiring for a Concierge, on an initial 12-month FTC, to take responsibility for delivering a workplace, high-standard, concierge service based at our London Offices. This encompasses day to day Front and Back of House Services and first class service delivery.


This an exciting opportunity for those passionate about working in facilities and those who like working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

The successful candidate will be joining during an exciting time for our business with no day being the same where flexibility and adaptability will be key.


Day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Assisting the Assistant Facilities Manager with facilities queries
  • Completing floor walks and safety audits
  • Providing support to Front of House team
  • Assisting with Access Pass management
  • Assisting with Meeting Room Booking Management
  • Day to day Meeting and Event support including set up of meeting spaces
  • Manage requests for audio-visual equipment, provided by our tech partners
  • Assist in ensuring the refresh of the art & graphical displays in the reception, events and catering areas as required
  • Administrative support as required and directed by departmental stakeholders, including stock checks, audits, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice reconciliation.


Background and experience necessary:

  • Experience in a similar facilities role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of H&S, DSE and Manual Handling
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge


Skills and Qualification desired:

  • IOSH/NEBOSH certificate
  • Time Management skills
  • Event Management skills
