We’re looking for a senior member of our Communications team to get readers talking about our books and authors. 

 

Penguin Business (formerly Portfolio Penguin) is Penguin’s business and smart thinking focused imprint publishing cutting-edge ideas in leadership, management, entrepreneurship, finance, innovation, professional skills and narrative business. Our  books that are packed full of practical advice to help you change the way you work and do business. Our bestselling, internationally renowned authors include Simon Sinek, Eric Ries, Seth Godin, Rachel Botsman, General Stanley McChrystal and Sophia Amoruso.

 

We are looking for an experienced communications professional with at least three years’ experience in PR or marketing to join us as Campaigns Manager.   You will be shaping our communications strategy and developing and running your own marketing and publicity campaigns to reach targeted readers for each book we publish. 

 

You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at forming collaborative working relationships with both authors and colleagues and brimming with original ideas for engaging readers online.  You’ll have exceptional attention to detail, able to manage complex schedules and the logistics in a busy office environment.  You’ll thrive in a creative culture which nurtures enduring professional relationships and offers excellent training in a friendly, supportive team.  You’ll be a voracious reader with, ideally, a passion for smart thinking.
