Customer Service Advisor, Grantham

We are looking for a Customer Services professional to join our team in Grantham on a permanent basis.

You will work as part of a collaborative team that distribute the bestselling books into retailer’s hands so that they can be read by book lovers all over the world.

As a Customer Services team, their primary aim is to ‘read’ their customers and anticipate their needs, ensuring that they always receive the highest level of customer care and attention. You will be a main point of contact for queries and will be able to take ownership of this task and resolve issues appropriately. You will also be involved with sales order processing and will be happy to take on extra responsibilities when required.

You will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, order processing, setting up contracts, general enquiries and any other business associated with retail trade customers.

This role will suit someone with previous experience in a customer facing role or administrative environment, who can work independently and as part of the wider team. An eye for detail, ability to organise and manage your own workload and prioritise tasks accordingly will be essential.
