Are you a whiz with excel, are hyper organised and care about delivering quality customer service?

 

If the answer is yes, then you could be the perfect fit for our Customer Services Team.

 

As a Customer Services Team we aim to ‘read’ our customers, diagnose their needs and fulfil them even before they realise that need in the first place. We provide a personal interaction that is real, sincere and comes from the heart.

 

Your role will be to help us achieve this by owning the Customer Services Department’s Data and translating it in to meaningful reports that help us keep informed about all aspects of our performance.

 

You will be responsible for accurate forecasting and delivery of operational plans, as well being a champion of continuous improvement in efficiency and quality across our distribution sites.

 

 On a day to day basis you can expect to be:

 

Creating, updating and managing of the Management Information systems and databases to ensure that things are running smoothly and to plan within the operational teams.

 

You’ll also have responsbillity for ensuring the delivery of plans such as forecasting, scheduling, operational delivery & management reporting, so attention to detail will be key.

 

Delivery of best in class resource planning and management information will be your driving motivator and you’ll assist the leadership team to make judgements on staffing needs to meet the ever changing demands with customers and programs.

 

Overall, we need you to be able to plan ahead and have the ability to forecast events that will impact on efficiency and overall strategy, making recommendations for solutions and provide actions for peak times of business.

 

So, if you have strong analytical and organisational skills combined with Advanced Excel and good understanding and working knowledge of Access then we’d like to hear from you.
